My laptop's dying

My laptop is sick. And It's my fault. I have flashed the BIOS to a new one and when I rebooted there's not POST screen, only a black screen and the lights on. I am asking HP if they can reflash the BIOS. I hope they can do that. It's my first laptop that my parents bought me as a graduation gift.

Setting up my home server...

I've installed Ubuntu on a Virtual Machine with VirtualBox and installed Apache+Php+MySQL+SSH+FTP... etc. It's my development server. By the moment, I have nothing. I've installed Wordpress so I expect in a couple of months to have a new blog with my own server.... I don't know. I don't expect a especific result. I'm doing just for fun.

I like development.I like to try to do things, although I didn't finished anything, I enjoy the travel.

If it doesn't work, is because I've shut down the computer or the VM because sometimes I travel or simply for cutting energy costs.

Some ideas about my home server:
- An J2EE application server (Tomcat? Glassfish?)
- Mono .NET
- Ruby on Rails
- Python + Django
- My own developed websites and tools for it.

Well... I hope that my enthusiasm take more time that previous attempts...

Too many subscriptions <=> Too many lost time

I have a lot feeds at Google Reader, so I'm deleting them. They make me lose a lot of time. And I don't know what I was thinking. May be I could miss information? Nonsense. I know that sometimes you must read things out of your current likes, but I don't want to lose focus too.

My first girlfriend's day job

Today. It's my first girlfriend's day job. I was worried about she couldn't find a job. But I'm happy now. I happy because I wouldn't like that my girlfriend would become a housewife. It's not her style. She's a very active and responsible person. And She's losing at home.

So. I'm very happy now. :-).

I don't know what to write

I don't care about blog advise that blogging about not blogging sucks. I don't know what to write now, and I don't care.

The pleasure of writing is very healthy, because it's orders your thoughts and helps to inspire ideas. And I have a very good idea now. Take a Shower and sleep because and I didn't sleep well lately.
